São José Tele Saúde service surpasses 24,000 consultations

The Tele Saúde service in São José has surpassed 24,000 consultations since its launch in March. The digital platform provides 24/7 access to nursing guidance, medical evaluations, teleconsultations, and prescription renewals, aiming to reduce the need for physical travel to health units and organize the flow of Basic Health Units (UBSs).

Municipal Health Secretary Sinara Simioni noted that the technology serves as an important ally in expanding service access and organizing the network. The service has seen strong adoption, with high demand for teleconsultations and prescription renewals.
