São Paulo and Salvador announce public service exams with salaries up to R$20 k

The Tribunal de Contas do Estado de São Paulo (TCE SP) released a new public‑service competition covering auditor, IT and other control positions. The notice highlights entry‑level salaries that can reach R$20,900, depending on the role, and outlines the required steps, qualifications and the exam content.

The municipality of Salvador also published its 2026 education contest, offering more than 190 positions for teachers and pedagogical coordinators across the city and its islands. Salary ranges vary from R$3,078 to R$6,157, with additional benefits such as meal and transport allowances. Applications are accepted online from 9 July to 7 August, with written, practical and psychological assessments scheduled for 27 September. The contest will remain valid for two years, extendable once.

Both announcements aim to attract candidates seeking stable employment in the public sector, emphasizing competitive remuneration and career progression.
