São Paulo lifeguard recruitment CEMMIL job openings public service

The state of São Paulo is opening recruitment for 466 temporary lifeguards to support safety during the 2026/2027 summer season. Selected candidates will work for up to five months with a monthly salary of R$ 2,534.20. Positions will be distributed across 16 municipalities, including coastal cities such as Santos, Guarujá, and Ubatuba, as well as the Guarapiranga and Billings reservoirs. Applicants must be over 18, have completed elementary education, and pass physical fitness evaluations.

Additionally, the Intermunicipal Consortium CEMMIL for Sustainable Development has announced a selection process for a reserve list of general services staff in Amparo, SP. The role offers a monthly salary of R$ 1,880.28 plus benefits including food vouchers and transport assistance. Applications for the CEMMIL position are open from October 26 to November 18, 2026, via the SigmaRH website.
