Videos circulating on social media show a man dressed as the 'Ghostface' character from the 'Scream' franchise engaging in suggestive behavior, including kissing young women and posing sensually with visitors at the publisher's booth.

The Bienal organization clarified that these actions were not part of any official programming, nor were they promoted or authorized by the event organizers. In a statement, the organization emphasized its commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all participants and noted that they promptly notified the responsible publisher upon learning of the incident.

Fruto Proibido responded by stating that they did not hire, invite, or request the presence of the individual, claiming his presence at the booth occurred spontaneously.
