São Paulo corporate events sector shifts venue priorities as B2B Summit 2026 draws 200 speakers

São Paulo hosted 1,511 large B2B events in 2025, a 22% rise from the previous year, generating an estimated economic impact of R$14 billion and cementing the city as Brazil’s leading corporate‑event destination. Companies are now placing greater emphasis on venue infrastructure, technology, and operational support, moving beyond price and location. Early booking between August and November is advised as demand for suitable spaces intensifies.

The B2B Summit 2026 will take place on 12‑13 August at the Community Creators Academy in São Paulo. The two‑day conference features more than 200 speakers, including Leonardo Rangel, Antonio Augusto Santos, Gustavo Pagotto, Rodrigo Vaca and Samira Cardoso, covering topics such as AI‑driven demand generation, complex sales, digital transformation and revenue growth. The event offers a business fair, AI‑generated session summaries, matchmaking tools and tiered ticket options (Pass and VIP). Organized by the TD ecosystem, the summit aims to strengthen Brazil’s B2B ecosystem through knowledge exchange and networking.
