São Paulo Court of Justice prepares new exam for 3,000 vacancies

The Court of Justice of São Paulo (TJ SP) is preparing for a new civil service examination for the position of court clerk (escrevente técnico judiciário). As of August 2026, the institution reports 3,177 vacancies for this role.

Existing valid examinations for various judicial regions are set to expire between June 2027 and mid-2027. To ensure a continuous supply of new candidates by the second half of 2027, the court is studying a new public notice. The position requires a high school diploma and offers an initial salary of R$6,043.54, plus benefits such as transportation, food assistance, and health insurance.
