São Paulo education officials visit Maceió to study bilingual model

A delegation from the São Paulo Municipal Education Secretariat visited the Gigantinho Novo Jardim facility in Maceió to study its bilingual education model. Led by Deputy Secretary Samuel Ralize de Godoy, the team observed pedagogical activities, including English-language storytelling, designed for early childhood education within the public school network.

The visit aimed to evaluate how the bilingual approach and the facility's infrastructure might be adapted for the municipality of São Paulo. Officials noted that the children demonstrated cognitive associations and basic language skills through the integrated curriculum.
