Educational institutions in São Paulo are opening new opportunities for free public training. The Instituto Federal de São Paulo (IFSP) is offering 2,000 spots in a free online preparatory course called ‘Vem Ser Federal 2026’. Designed to help students prepare for technical courses at the institute, the 40-hour distance learning program is open to individuals aged 12 and older from both public and private schools. Registration is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis via an electronic form and remains open until August 30, 2026.

Additionally, Fatec Socorro has announced a selection process for a new higher education program in Multiplatform Software Development. The course offers 40 spots for its inaugural class and lasts three semesters. Interested candidates can apply for registration fee waivers or reductions until September 11, 2026. The main entrance exam is scheduled for December 13, 2026, with results expected in January 2027.
