São Paulo extends registration for State Cachaça Quality Contest

The São Paulo State Secretariat of Agriculture and Supply has extended the registration deadline for the III State Cachaça Quality Contest (CACHAÇA. SP 2026). Producers in the state of São Paulo have until September 25 to submit free entries for the competition.

To participate, producers must hold an active registration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA). The contest features seven technical categories: White Cachaça, Stored in wooden barrels, Aged in oak barrels, Premium Aged, Extra Premium Aged, Aged in Brazilian woods, and Blends.

Following online registration, participants must submit physical samples to regional units of the Integral Technical Assistance Coordination (CATI) or local Agriculture Houses. Additionally, a chemical laboratory report for the batch must be sent to the official organization email by October 9, 2026.
