São Paulo FC defender Nicolas undergoes knee surgery

São Paulo FC left-back Nicolas underwent surgery on his left knee this Wednesday to repair a meniscus injury. The procedure was performed at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein by a medical team led by Dr. Moisés Cohen.

The injury occurred during training on Tuesday, after which the 19-year-old reported intense pain. While the surgery was successful, the club has not yet established a specific date for his return to competitive play. Following his hospital discharge, Nicolas will begin a rehabilitation program at the club's REFFIS Plus center to ensure complete healing before resuming physical exercises.
