São Paulo gym vandalized and staff assaulted after debt dispute

A student attacked employees and vandalized a gym located on Rua Oscar Freire in the Pinheiros neighborhood of São Paulo. The incident began on Wednesday after the individual attempted to recover R$ 1.3 thousand that he had allegedly lent to a personal trainer working at the facility.

The gym administration stated they could not be held responsible for the debt, as the agreement was made directly between the client and the trainer. Security footage captured the man assaulting the manager and throwing a notebook at an employee.

The individual returned to the establishment the following morning, using weights to break mirrors and demanding that security footage of the previous day's altercation be deleted.
