São Paulo hosts SP Gastronomia festival and releases 2026 food guide
The SP Gastronomia festival has launched at the Ilha Musical in Parque Villa-Lobos, São Paulo. The event brings together nearly 20 restaurants from various regions of the city to offer special recipes and popular dishes at more accessible prices. In addition to food, the festival features musical performances by artists such as Péricles, Gabriel O Pensador, Ferrugem, and Silva, along with children's entertainment and a space for nearly 30 local producers.
Coinciding with the festival, O Globo has released the Guia SP Gastronomia 2026. This curated guide covers approximately 300 addresses, including restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. A notable section of the guide is the ‘cozinha variada’ category, which highlights establishments that do not adhere to a single national tradition, serving as a resource for those seeking diverse culinary experiences in the city.
