São Paulo municipalities announce or suspend public selection processes

Several municipalities in the interior of São Paulo, Brazil, have announced or updated their public selection processes for reserve registries in various sectors.

The City of Piraju has published notice nº 01/2026 for temporary positions in the municipal education network. The selection includes roles for teachers (Arts, Physical Education, and English) and school monitors, with salaries for teachers at R$ 4,193.90 for a 30-hour week. Registration is scheduled from October 19 to November 18, 2026, via Império Concursos.

Guatapará has opened a selection process (nº 002/2026) for various areas. Opportunities include Community Health Agents and Agricultural Technicians for those with a high school education, as well as teachers for Portuguese, English, Informatics, and Inclusive Education. Salaries reach up to R$ 3,242.00, and successful candidates also receive a food allowance of R$ 950.00.

In contrast, the City of Echaporã has announced the temporary suspension of its selection process (nº 01/2026) for teaching professionals. The suspension affects registrations for various basic education roles. Candidates who had already paid the registration fee are entitled to a refund within three days of the official announcement.
