São Paulo state and Potirendaba launch public job contests

The São Paulo state government released an unprecedented public tender for the Fundação Florestal, offering 70 positions across technical, middle‑level and senior roles such as environmental analysts, engineers, lawyers and architects. Salaries range from R$ 5,177 for middle‑level jobs to R$ 10,354–R$ 11,294 for senior posts. Applications are accepted from 15 June to 16 July, with fees of R$ 79 (middle/technical) and R$ 114 (senior). The contest aims to strengthen the technical capacity of the agency responsible for managing the state’s conservation units.

The municipality of Potirendaba in São Paulo state published a separate municipal competition with 35 immediate vacancies and additional reserve slots. Positions cover a wide spectrum from basic services to health and education, with initial salaries ranging from R$ 1,917 to R$ 12,655. Registration opens on 23 June and closes on 27 July; written exams are scheduled for 13 September. The selection is organized by Instituto Consulplan.
