São Paulo to host luxury real estate summit amid global wealth records

The global luxury real estate market is seeing significant growth, with Knight Frank’s The Wealth Report 2026 noting that the number of individuals with a net worth exceeding US$ 30 million has reached a record 713,000. Additionally, over 40% of major investors intend to increase their exposure to luxury residential properties.

In response to these trends, the Private Brokers Summit will be held on September 11 and 12, 2026, at Soho House São Paulo in Cidade Matarazzo. The event is designed for real estate brokers, developers, architects, and investors operating in the high-end sector. Curated by Eliane Ribeiro, the summit will move away from traditional sales training, focusing instead on eight cultural and professional pillars: art, architecture, literature, cinema, music, hospitality, relationships, and the real estate market.

The summit will also introduce the Private Brokers Club, an exclusive professional community. Membership is not purchased directly but is granted through an application and individual profile analysis process to ensure group coherence.
