São Paulo transit disruptions scheduled for Sunday

Major transit and road disruptions are scheduled for Sunday (18) in the São Paulo metropolitan area due to maintenance and expansion works.

On the CPTM Line 10-Turquesa, passengers will face single-track operations at various times affecting the Capuava, Ribeirão Pires, and Rio Grande da Serra stations for track replacement. Additionally, Line 11-Coral will operate on a single track at Tatuapé Station, and the Expresso Aeroporto will run at one-hour intervals throughout the day.

In the city of São Paulo, Metro expansion works for Lines 6-Laranja and 17-Ouro will cause partial road closures. In the North Zone, avenues Miguel Conejo and João Paulo I will face restrictions in the Itaberaba direction. In the South Zone, closures are planned for the night period between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM on Monday (19) near avenues Jornalista Roberto Marinho and Túlio Teodoro de Campos.
