São Paulo warehouse fire destroys approximately 15 vehicles

A large fire broke out in a recycling material warehouse in the South Zone of São Paulo during the early hours of Friday, the 21st. The flames spread to several vehicles parked on the street, destroying approximately 15 cars.

One of the victims, laboratory assistant Josmar Moraes, found his vehicle destroyed by the blaze. The emotional moment of him being consoled by his mother by the scene has gained attention on social media. Following the incident, a fundraising campaign was launched online to help Moraes recover from the financial loss.

The Fire Department controlled the blaze by the morning, and no injuries were reported. Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
