São Vicente launches WhatsApp service for health exam scheduling

The municipality of São Vicente has launched a new digital service allowing residents to schedule preventive exams and cancel medical appointments via WhatsApp. Using the official municipal number (13) 3466-2389, citizens can access the “Saúde SUS” menu to manage their appointments.

To schedule a preventive exam, users must select “Unid. Atenção Primária,” choose “Exame Preventivo,” and provide their CPF. The system automatically identifies the user's health unit and displays available dates and times. For cancellations, users follow the “Saúde SUS” menu and select the cancellation option after providing their CPF.

Local health teams, including community health agents and administrative staff, recently underwent training to assist residents in navigating the new digital platform and ensure the system's effective implementation.
