São Vicente suspends municipal services for system modernization
The municipality of São Vicente is suspending several digital and in-person municipal services to undergo a technological modernization process. The update is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. this Friday (28) and is expected to continue until October 9.
During this period, residents will be unable to request new debt installments, perform tax renegotiations, check registration data, or issue payment slips. Physical service centers (CACs) that rely on these databases will also suspend public attendance. However, the issuance of electronic service invoices (NFS-e) and ISSQN-related matters will remain operational.
Existing bills, such as property tax (IPTU) and waste collection fees (TSU), maintain their original due dates. Authorities advise residents to pay on time and keep receipts, noting that those who pay by the deadline will not face penalties even if system updates cause delays in bank compensation registration.
