So-Young International names Nan Shen as Chief Financial Officer

So-Young International Inc., the Nasdaq‑listed Chinese platform for aesthetic treatments, announced that its board has appointed Ms. Nan Shen as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 3, 2026. In the new role she will oversee finance, human resources, legal and compliance functions and will continue as a director after stepping down from the board’s audit, compensation and governance committees.

Ms. Shen previously served as CFO of Gaotu Techedu Inc. from December 2018 to May 2026 and as senior vice‑president of the same company. Earlier she was CFO of China Sinoedu Co., held senior positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers—including a stint in the Greater Michigan office—and earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in financial management from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. CEO Xing Jin said her deep understanding of the business and extensive financial leadership will help strengthen So‑Young’s scale‑and‑efficiency strategy.
