Sobiesław Zasada to compete in Argentina's Gran Premio at age 96

Sobiesław Zasada, a 96-year-old Polish billionaire and former rally champion, has announced his participation in the upcoming Gran Premio in Argentina. The event is scheduled to take place from September 18 to 25.

Zasada, whose wealth is estimated at approximately 1.8 billion PLN, previously achieved significant success in Argentina by winning the Gran Premio in 1967. He intends to revisit the region to compete in a regularity rally covering roughly 3,300 km over seven days. The Argentine Automobile Club has invited him to lead the start of the competition as a VIP.

Regarding his physical preparation, Zasada attributes his longevity to a disciplined routine that includes one hour of daily exercise and walking at least five kilometers every day. He emphasized the importance of staying active and maintaining a healthy weight to manage the rigors of the long-distance drive.
