SOBR launches functional alcohol-free cocktail menu in Aberdeen

Aberdeen-based alcohol-free bar SOBR has introduced ‘The Functional Edit’, a new 12-cocktail menu designed around emotional outcomes. The menu is categorized into three themes: Energise, Elevate, and Unwind.

To achieve these effects, the bar utilizes premium zero-alcohol spirits combined with functional ingredients such as lion’s mane, cordyceps, lemon balm, valerian, and butterfly pea flower. Founder Kate Kenyon stated the goal was to create a unique menu that focuses on how guests want to feel rather than simply consuming drinks for intoxication.
