Tamaulipas government holds community service brigade in Ciudad Madero
The Tamaulipas State Government and DIF Tamaulipas conducted the ‘Transformando Familias’ brigade in the southwest sector of Ciudad Madero. Approximately 3,000 people benefited from the initiative, which provided free services, government procedures, and various forms of support directly to local families.
Located at the Francisco Villa neighborhood softball field, the event featured modules from the Tamaulipas State Government, the Mexican Federal Government’s Welfare Programs Delegation, and the Municipal Government. Attendees received assistance related to housing, property deeds, and education.
Patricia Eugenia Lara Ayala, Director General of the Tamaulipas DIF System, inspected the modules alongside Ciudad Madero Mayor Erasmo González Robledo and Municipal DIF President Dunia Marón Acuña. The brigade aims to bring government structures closer to citizens through coordinated efforts between federal, state, and municipal authorities.
