Social Center Party launches election campaign in Casablanca

The Social Center Party has officially launched its election campaign for the upcoming legislative elections scheduled for September 23, 2026. The launch took place at the party's central headquarters in Casablanca, led by Secretary-General Lahsane Madih.

During the event, which included candidates and electoral list agents from the Casablanca-Settat region, Madih emphasized that participating in elections is a national responsibility rather than a mere race for parliamentary seats. He instructed candidates to engage directly with citizens through street-level communication and dialogue to explain their programs and build trust.

The party leadership explicitly rejected the influence of “election brokers” and the use of money or large-scale mobilization to sway voters. Madih stressed that candidates should compete based on ideas and persuasion rather than financial resources. Key campaign focuses include maintaining a consistent political discourse and addressing practical issues such as employment and purchasing power.
