Russia is accelerating the deployment of the ‘Rassvet’ low Earth orbit satellite system. According to The Washington Post, these satellites are designed to provide internet services to help Russian units restore communication and guidance capabilities in Ukraine, following the disconnection of services by Elon Musk.

In Italy, police in Bari arrested 46-year-old Frenchman Régis Normand after discovering military equipment in his van. The shipment included three Akeron portable anti-tank missiles and other military gear. Normand has been charged with arms trafficking and has been in custody since June.
