Social Game Info joins Bushiroad as a consolidated subsidiary

On August 19, 2020, Social Game Info announced a capital and business alliance with Bushiroad. As of September 1, 2020, the company became a consolidated subsidiary of Bushiroad.

This transition meant Social Game Info was no longer part of the Colopl group. The move was intended to align Social Game Info’s management policies with Bushiroad’s strengths as an IP developer, specifically to enhance online promotional capabilities and strengthen media distribution channels.
