Dominican Republic President leads social inclusion program in Santiago

President Luis Abinader led the “Primero Tú” social inclusion initiative in Santiago, impacting more than 6,000 residents. The program provided various services, including solidarity pensions, affiliations to the National Health Insurance (SeNaSa), dental and ophthalmological services, and enrollment in technical training programs through the vocational schools of the Armed Forces and the National Police.

In addition to professional training, the initiative offered medical consultations, including prenatal care, preventive medicine, ultrasounds, mammograms, and general medicine, alongside the distribution of medications and nutritional supplements. Robert Polanco, director of Strategic and Special Projects of the Presidency, emphasized that the citizens are the center of the government's social policy.
