Social Security Institution to auction 150+ properties

The Social Security Institution (SGK) has announced the sale of more than 150 real estate properties, including land, shops, and residential units. The sales will be conducted via auction through the SGK Electronic Sales Portal between September 21 and September 25, 2026.

Prospective buyers must provide a security deposit, which can be made in cash through authorized banks or via indefinite guarantee letters from institutions covered by Banking Law No. 5411. If using a guarantee letter, it must be submitted to a Social Security Provincial Directorate or the SGK Construction and Real Estate Department before the application deadline.

Applications can be made through the e-Devlet system via the official SGK website. The institution will rely on the declarations of applicants, and any individuals prohibited from participating under State Tender Law No. 2886 or Public Procurement Law No. 4734 will have their winning bids canceled and may face criminal complaints.
