Social Security Organization of Iran announces pension payments

The Social Security Organization of Iran has announced that pension payments for the month of Mehr will begin at noon on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 (28 Mehr 1405). The payments will be distributed gradually over three days to more than 5.3 million retirees and pensioners through agent banks, organized alphabetically.

Regarding the payment of outstanding arrears from the month of Ordibehesht, the organization stated that official notification will follow once the necessary financial resources are secured.

Retirees are advised to check their account balances if they do not receive a bank SMS by the end of the announced period. Pay slips for Mehr can be accessed starting November 22 (1 Aban) via the es.tamin.ir portal or the ‘Tamin Man’ application without requiring in-person visits.
