Social welfare initiatives launched in Corato and Crotone

Various social initiatives are being launched in Italy to support youth and families. In Corato, the “Punto Zero. Dove gli incontri diventano possibilità” project has begun. Led by a multidisciplinary team of educators and animators, the initiative aims to combat isolation and promote socialization by engaging children and adolescents in public spaces such as squares and parks.

In the Crotone area, the “Una comunità che accoglie” project has been introduced to strengthen the family foster care network. Spanning the municipalities of Crotone, Belvedere di Spinello, Cutro, Isola di Capo Rizzuto, Rocca di Neto, San Mauro Marchesato, and Scandale, the program seeks to build a culture of social kinship. The initiative focuses on protecting minors and supporting families through stable, respectful community bonds that assist original families during difficult times.
