Effective Monday, October 19, 2026, this number serves as the primary entry point for individuals seeking listening, orientation, and information regarding social services within seven municipalities.

The service is available by phone on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 to 11:00, and on Tuesdays from 14:30 to 16:30. Users may also contact the secretariat via email. Previous direct numbers are being deactivated and replaced by internal numbers that will no longer serve as access points for the Secretariat.

To support the Social Service, specific local hubs such as 'Impronte Punto Famiglie' and poverty relief service centers remain active to provide listening, guidance, and personalized support for socio-economic fragility and family welfare.
