Socotra Southern Transitional Council launches general mobilization

The local leadership of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) in the Socotra Archipelago has officially launched a general mobilization campaign. The initiative involves distributing registration forms to local centers to begin field procedures for collecting data and organizing participants.
