SODERCAN announces October 2 deadline for Cantabria cybersecurity grants
SODERCAN, the development society for Cantabria, has announced that the deadline for applying for cybersecurity investment grants is October 2. The CIBERREG program is the second call of the year and features a budget of 100,000 euros, which is subject to expansion.
The subsidies are designed for companies and freelancers within the industrial manufacturing sector and auxiliary industrial services. Eligible entities can receive up to 20,000 euros per applicant, covering 50% of the total expenditure. To qualify, the project budget must exceed 3,000 euros.
Supported by the National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE), the initiative is part of Cantabria's Digital Agenda and the RETECH initiative, co-financed by Next Generation-EU funds. The goal is to strengthen the technological competitiveness and productivity of the regional industrial fabric.
