Sodexo proposes Nathalie Bellon-Szabo as new Board Chairwoman

Sodexo’s Board of Directors has proposed the appointment of Nathalie Bellon-Szabo as the new Chairwoman of the Board. The appointment is subject to a mandate renewal at the Annual Shareholders Meeting scheduled for December 16, 2026.

Bellon-Szabo will succeed Sophie Bellon, who has served as Chairwoman since 2016. Sophie Bellon has decided not to seek renewal of her mandate following a decade of strategic transformations, including the spin-off of Pluxee and the divestment of Sodexo’s stake in Sofinsod. She will transition to become Chairwoman of the Management Board at the family holding company, Bellon SA, while remaining on Sodexo’s Board of Directors.

Nathalie Bellon-Szabo has been a Director at Sodexo since 1989 and has served on the Group Executive Team since 2018. She previously led Sodexo Live!, which saw a fourfold revenue increase over ten years and significant expansion in the United States.
