SODIC reports 116% sales growth to 42.4 billion EGP

SODIC (Sixth of October Development and Investment Company) reported a significant surge in sales for the first nine months of 2026, reaching 42.4 billion EGP. This represents a 116% year-on-year increase compared to the 19.6 billion EGP recorded during the same period in 2025. The nine-month performance nearly matches the company's total sales for the entire previous year.

North Coast projects were the primary driver of this growth, accounting for 24.26 billion EGP of the total sales. Other significant contributors included East Cairo projects at 12.08 billion EGP and West Cairo projects at 6.07 billion EGP.

Financial indicators also showed improvement, with net cash collections rising 18.4% to 16.9 billion EGP. The company delivered 1,001 units during this period, an 8% increase from the previous year. Revenue grew by 2% to 10.8 billion EGP, supported largely by deliveries in West Cairo projects.
