SODIC to launch first Nobu‑branded serviced apartments on Egypt’s North Coast

Egyptian real‑estate developer SODIC, in partnership with the global hospitality brand Nobu, is preparing to open the first Nobu‑branded serviced apartments in Egypt. The project, called Nobu Residences, will be part of the Oujami development at Ras Al‑Hikma on the North Coast.

The mixed‑use complex will feature an 80‑room Nobu hotel, a signature Nobu restaurant, 25 fully‑furnished villas with sea views, 150 fully‑furnished apartments, and 36 serviced units managed by the hotel. Amenities include a private beach, swimming pools, a spa, fitness facilities, 24‑hour concierge, and exclusive services such as housekeeping, driver, and priority restaurant reservations.

SODIC highlights the launch as a milestone for Egypt’s luxury real‑estate market, aligning with its recent strong growth over the past five years, driven by increased sales, revenue, and delivery performance.
