Claudio Di Carlo appears in court over stalking and threats

Claudio Hernán Di Carlo, known on social media as Hernán Bloquero, has appeared before the judiciary in Buenos Aires following allegations of stalking and threats against influencer Sofía Gonet and presenter Homero Pettinato.

Di Carlo was identified in Junín and transferred to the capital to face charges of simple threats. The investigation, led by prosecutor Federico Taramelli, follows a series of incidents, including a confrontation at the OLGA streaming studio where Pettinato reported a threatening gesture. Gonet, who reported being harassed for ten years, has been granted a panic button and permanent police protection.

Di Carlo is scheduled for an inquiry to determine his legal status. Authorities are also conducting interdisciplinary evaluations to assess his mental state and understanding of his actions.
