Sofia Mutidou leaves Real View after describing stress, threats and overwork

Greek actress Sofia Mutidou posted a video on her YouTube channel describing her experience on the daily television program Real View on the OPEN network. She said the show's demanding schedule, combined with her other commitments such as a podcast, school, client work and reading, exceeded her personal limits and caused severe mental and physical strain.

Mutidou said she felt constantly pressured, threatened and frightened by the daily exposure and harassment she endured on the show. She attempted twice to find alternative employment and ultimately decided to withdraw from the program, describing it as “higher than my boat” and “overwhelming.” She also mentioned that the stress led her to seek therapy.

The actress emphasized that the past year had been extremely difficult and that she felt “exhausted” and “scared” while working on Real View.
