Sofia Pitta releases debut album ‘Pureza Selvagem’

Sofia Pitta, a 22-year-old singer and songwriter from Bahia, has released her debut album titled ‘Pureza Selvagem’. The project consists of nine original tracks that blend various musical genres, including MPB, pagodão, samba, arrocha, and reggae.

The album is inspired by Pitta’s personal experiences, her identity, and her connection to Salvador and the state of Bahia. Thematic elements of water and love serve as central motifs throughout the work, exploring concepts such as vulnerability, desire, and self-esteem. To complement the musical release, visualizers have been produced for all songs to enhance the project's aesthetic narrative.
