Sofie Christensen suffers third ACL injury

Sofie Christensen, an 18-year-old backcourt player for EH Aalborg, has suffered her third cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. The injury occurred following a previous setback sustained during the U18 World Championship in China earlier in August.

EH Aalborg head coach Kenneth Hedegaard expressed deep sympathy for the player, stating that she did not deserve this situation. Due to the injury, the club is actively searching for a new backcourt player to bolster the squad before the upcoming league season begins on August 26.
