Kim Le Court wins Tour of Britain Women 2026 general classification

The 2026 Tour of Britain Women concluded in Royal Leamington Spa with Kim Le Court securing the general classification title. The Mauritian rider from AG Insurance-Soudal maintained her lead through the final stages, utilizing time bonuses to hold off her competitors.

Lorena Wiebes of Team SD Worx-Protime dominated the sprinting stages, claiming four stage victories throughout the race. Her final win came on the fifth stage, marking her 19th victory of the season. Wiebes demonstrated versatility by navigating hilly terrain to remain competitive in the general classification.

Earlier in the race, Stage 4 saw Wiebes win a sprint in Hay-on-Wye following a demanding route through Wales. The stage featured attacks from Liane Lippert and Kim Le Court, but Wiebes successfully closed the gap to win from a reduced group. Belgian rider Fleur Moors earned the combativity award for a long solo breakaway during the fourth stage.
