SoftBank expands AI agent platform through new partner alliance

SoftBank has expanded its AI ecosystem through the ‘AGENTIC STAR Integration Partner Alliance,’ a program designed to accelerate the adoption of its ‘AGENTIC STAR’ AI agent platform for enterprise clients. The platform provides a SaaS-based environment for building and operating autonomous AI agents that can understand business goals and execute tasks.

Two companies have joined the alliance to provide end-to-end support for corporate AI implementation. ACSHU Inc. will leverage its expertise in AI and system development to assist companies with everything from requirement definition and PoC to design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

Headwaters Inc. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SoftBank to expand business opportunities in the enterprise AI agent market. Headwaters will focus on constructing and delivering AI agents, providing business consulting, and ensuring high standards of quality, security, and governance for large-scale corporate deployments.
