Softengine ranks first in inventory management systems rating

Softengine has secured first place in the Warenwirtschaft (inventory management) category of the techconsult Professional User Rating (PUR) Digital Solutions 2027. The ranking is based exclusively on evaluations from companies that use the software in a productive capacity.

The study surveyed 4,699 application experts across nine solution areas using approximately 60 criteria. Softengine achieved top marks in provider evaluation—specifically regarding its product portfolio, service, support, and sales network—as well as in solution evaluation, including basic functions and overall utility.

In the service and support category, the ERP suite received the highest ratings for its telephone hotline, consultant competence, complaint processing, and documentation quality. Users also reported high levels of provider loyalty, indicating they would repurchase the solution and recommend it to others.
