Softlab Tech Srl loses court appeal to restore redundancy funds

The Campania Regional Administrative Court (TAR) has upheld the decision to terminate redundancy fund (Cassa Integrazione) benefits for Softlab Tech Srl. The court rejected an appeal filed by the company against the Ministry of Labour, confirming the legitimacy of a March 2025 decree that canceled extensions for extraordinary wage integration treatments.

The ruling follows inspections by the National Labour Inspectorate, which found that the company failed to meet the commitments required to justify the state-funded support. Specifically, Softlab did not fulfill planned investments or personnel training projects during 2024, instead focusing on cost-cutting and labor expense containment without showing an actual recovery in business activity.
