Speaking at a recent event, Khan explained that while she previously shared more frequent updates including her daughter's face, she has altered her approach because the digital landscape has become more dangerous.

Khan emphasized the importance of “informed consent,” noting that she wants to protect her daughter from the potential misuse of her images on the internet. She expressed a desire to avoid relinquishing her daughter's right to privacy by oversharing her life during her formative years.

Her husband, actor Kunal Kemmu, also shared insights into their parenting philosophy, which focuses on providing Inaaya the freedom to make her own decisions and live authentically.
