Sohag, Egypt Prepares for Secondary Exam Results and New University Laboratory Complex

The Ministry of Education in Sohag governorate announced that grading of the 2026 secondary school certificates is still underway, with results expected to be published in the coming days. Students will be able to access their scores online by entering their seat number on the governorate's education website.

Meanwhile, Sohag Private University is constructing a major new laboratory building on its campus. The project, funded with more than 550 million Egyptian pounds, will house 80 specialized labs—including medical, engineering, computing, AI, and language facilities—and accommodate over 2,700 students. Designed over a 3,540 m² area, the complex will also feature a video‑conference hall, digital library, printing services, and workshops for manufacturing and carpentry, aiming to boost practical training and research capacity for the university’s growing academic programs.
