Soitec renews 18‑month share buyback program after AGM approval

Soitec, a worldwide leader in the design and production of innovative semiconductor materials, announced the renewal of its share buyback programme effective 29 July 2026. The renewal follows the approval of resolution 14 by the company's Annual General Meeting held on that date. The new programme will run for 18 months, replacing the previous buy‑back authorised on 22 July 2025 (resolution 15).

The programme aims to provide liquidity for Soitec’s shares and support secondary‑market activity through an investment‑service provider, allocate shares to employees under French labour‑code provisions, grant free shares under French commercial‑code rules, and fulfil obligations linked to employee stock‑option and other share‑allocation plans. The buyback is authorised under French AMF regulation article 241‑2 and EU Delegated Regulation 2016/1052.
