Sokratis Kokkalis purchases Intracom Holdings shares

Sokratis P. Kokkalis, Chairman and CEO of Intracom Holdings, purchased 172,990 ordinary voting shares of the company on October 22, 2026, for a total value of €547,590.53.

Intracom Holdings reported strong financial results for the first half of 2026, with pre-tax profits for the group reaching €10.6 million and €14 million for the parent company. The group's performance was bolstered by a €17.1 million profit from its stock portfolio valuation.

In a strategic move to expand its real estate presence, Intracom Holdings announced a partnership with TEN BRINKE for a €100 million project in the Athenian Riviera. The collaboration involves purchasing two plots within the Elliniko development for the construction of residential properties.
