Solana price drops below $100 amid significant ETF outflows

Solana (SOL) has faced intense selling pressure, with its price falling below the psychologically significant $100 level. This decline coincides with substantial outflows from US-listed spot Solana exchange-traded funds (ETFs), which recorded approximately $24.82 million in net withdrawals across October 27 and 28.

Cumulative ETF outflows for October have exceeded $100 million, marking a sharp reversal from a previous 14-week streak of positive inflows. On October 27 alone, funds saw a withdrawal of $19.16 million, the largest single-day outflow since December 2025. Despite these recent redemptions, total net assets in Solana ETFs remain near $1.56 billion, with cumulative net inflows remaining positive at approximately $1.5 billion.

Technical analysts are closely monitoring key support levels between $96 and $100. A failure to maintain this range could lead to further corrections toward the $80–$90 area, while a successful defense of the level may allow for a recovery toward the $105–$110 resistance zone.
