Solana leads blockchain app revenue and RWA transaction volume

Solana has demonstrated significant activity within its ecosystem, leading major blockchain networks in daily application revenue and real-world asset (RWA) transaction volume.

Recent data shows Solana-based applications generated approximately $6.56 million in revenue over a 24-hour period, surpassing BNB Chain ($3.26 million) and Robinhood Chain ($3.22 million). This revenue is derived from user activity across decentralized exchanges, derivatives platforms, and lending services, driven by high transaction speeds and low network costs.

In the RWA sector, Solana recorded $14.7 billion in spot transaction volume over a one-year period, accounting for 32% of the total $46 billion across all chains. While Solana holds 12% of the total market capitalization for tokenized RWAs, it accounted for 47% of all RWA transaction counts. This indicates a high frequency of relatively smaller-scale trades. Tokenized stock trading was the largest asset class by volume at $8.2 billion, with 63% of those trades occurring outside of US stock market hours.
